Background Information:
The water/wastewater division requires emergency and routine generator maintenance and repairs for twenty-three (23) generators across the city on an as-needed basis. Solicitation 222-161 for Generator Maintenance & Repair was issued on April 3, 2022, and five (5) bids were received on May 5, 2022. Staff recommends award to the lowest responsible responsive bidder, L.J. Power, Inc, located in Austin, TX based on the total unit price bid amount of $67,064.00.
