Background Information:
Sedona North was originally annexed (Ord. 2022-28) and zoned last year with a combination of Commercial (Ord. 2022-30) and Character District-3 (Ord.2022-29) zoning. During the platting process it was determined that approximately 2 acres of additional right of way dedication was required in order to accommodate the proposed roadway alignment along the southern boundary of the property, which includes additional ROW width and improvements per the City's Thoroughfare Plan.
