Background Information:
Following a Public Hearing that City Council voted unanimously to approve this Ordinance on the first of two readings on March 7, 2023.

The Parks and Recreation Youth Services Division began bringing the Youth Program Standards of Care to City Council for approval in 2020 to remain exempt from state licensing requirements for our summer recreation programs.
