Prior Council Action: Judge Daniel Matthew Burns no longer desires to serve as Associate Judge for the San Marcos Municipal Court. He previously served as associate four years. Magistrate Jeffrey D. Weatherford who currently serves as a Hays County Criminal Associate Judge desires to serve as associate judge for the Municipal Court. He graduated magna cum laude in 2012 from St. Mary's University School of Law and has 12 years of legal experience with almost three years as a judge.
