Background Information:
The subject property is approximately 2 acres and includes one existing single family house. The property owner is proposing to rezone the property from Single Family-6 (SF-6) to Neighborhood Density-3 (ND-3) in order to subdivide the property into a maximum of thirteen (13) lots and construct single family homes which will be a "Zero Lot Line" building type.
