Title
The City Council will convene in executive session pursuant to the following sections of the Texas Government Code:
A. Section 551.072 (Real Property): To deliberate regarding:
1. The lease of City-owned property at 201 South LBJ Drive; and
2. The possible sale, lease or exchange of land for development of a new city hall.
B. Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters): To deliberate regarding matters related to the Meet and Confer Agreements with the San Marcos Police Officers' Association and Professional Firefighters Association.
C. Section 551.087 (Economic Development): To deliberate regarding possible economic development incentives for Project Shirley Temple.
D. Section 551.071: (Consultation with Attorney): To receive legal advice regarding City of San Marcos vs. Canyon Regional Water Authority, Cause No. 25-0782-CV-E in the 456th District Court, Guadalupe County, and possible settlement.
