Background Information:
This development agreement was approved by City Council in December, 2021. The applicant wishes to amend the agreement to, among other things, address water service and request additional variances.
Council Committee, Board/Commission Action:
This agreement was assigned to the Workforce Housing Committee in 2019 which consisted of Council Members Baker, Derrick, and Gonzales. The members of the Committee have changed since that time and the committee now consists of Councilmembers Garza, Gonzales, and Scott.
