Background Information:
In 2018 a Conditional Use Permit to allow the consumption of mixed beverages was approved for Freddy C’s (located downstairs) and Stonewall Warehouse (located upstairs). This permit was renewed for three years in 2020 and expired on January 28, 2023.
In January of 2023, Stonewall Warehouse permanently closed operations. The applicant is currently requesting to renew the Conditional Use Permit for Freddy C’s (located downstairs) as well as the new business, Wildfire (located upstairs).

Staff recommends approval of the request with the following conditions:
1. The permit shall be valid for one (1) year provided standards are met;
2. The permit shall be posted in the same area and manner as the Certificate of Occupancy;
