CITY COUNCIL GOAL: Quality of Life and Place
BACKGROUND:
The City has received complaints of semi-trailers parking along the 1900 block of Dutton Street for long periods of time. The 1900 block of Dutton Street is characterized by multi-family residential and commercial zoning. City staff finds that the semi-trailer parking is inconsistent with the traffic patterns of this area and creates safety and visibility issues to local traffic. City staff recommends a No Semi-Trailer Parking restriction at all times on both sides of the street segment.
The traffic engineer will amend the Traffic Register to reflect the change.
