Background Information:
This request is for a zoning change from Public "P" to Character District - 5 "CD-5." United Campus Ministry and Christ Chapel are existing uses on the property. The request is submitted by United Campus Ministry and is intended to accommodate a mixed-use religious ministry, retail, and multifamily development. This request is running concurrently with an Alternative Compliance application for 6-story building height in CD-5 zoning (AC-25-08).
