Background Information:
This is a professional services agreement for $171,463.50 with Garver, LLC to provide aviation planning services to update the airport master plan.
The airport's master plan was last updated and adopted by City Council on April 20, 2021 (Res. 2021-69R). A series of updates are needed to the existing airport master plan due to the strong demand for airport development and potential for a change in the types of aircraft that could utilize the airport.
