Background Information:
In February 1984, LCRA acquired an easement from the then property owners at this location. In October 1986, LCRA assigned and conveyed their distribution system to the City of San Marcos, with corrections filed in July 1997 and August 2023. The building has been in its present location since at least 1970. The current owners, who have owned the property and building since 1975, are selling the property to the current owners of the San Marcos Daily Record.
