Background Information:
Two bids were received on January 11, 2024, in response to Invitation for Bids 223-294. Staff recommends award of an annual contract to the most responsive responsible bidder, Atlas Environmental, San Marcos, Texas, in the amount of $252,000. Estimated annual expenditures are $50,400 and will be based on funding allocation through the EAHCP program. Annual funding amounts will be managed through the issuance of purchase order and fund allocations.
