Background Information:
The purpose of this Amendment is to remain in compliance with the Federal Transit Administration guidelines following the 2026 Triennial Review of the City’s transit program. The FTA requires all direct recipients of federal transit funding to undergo a Triennial Review every three years. The Triennial Review is a collaborative process between the City and the FTA.
