Background Information:
The Board of Trustees is the governing board of the TML Risk Pool and is responsible for governance and operations. It establishes the coverage provided to the TML Risk Pool membership, provides for the handling of claims and lawsuits against members, sets rates, maintains the financial stability of the organization, approves contracts necessary to carry out the functions of the organization, provides for the employment of staff, and sets policy to guide the functions and duties of the organization.
