Chapter 19 Special Events Ordinance: Original Ordinance established/approved September 2010. A working group representing 16 departments/programs collaborated to create a streamlined process and a central online location (MyGovernmentOnline) for permits. Staff presented notable changes to city council in the September 2023 work session. Approved October 2023. Went live April 2024.
