Background Information:
The Bylaws of the HCEDP allows the City of San Marcos to have six member representatives. This includes the City Manager, the Mayor, two City Council Members, a representative from Economic Development San Marcos (EDSM) and the Airport. This item is only in reference to the two positions held by City Council Members. They are currently filled by Council Members Alyssa Garza and Shane Scott.
