Consider approval of Ordinance 2025-51, on the second of two readings, amending Section 2.333 of the San Marcos City Code regarding duties of the Human Services Advisory Board to change reporting requirements for outside agencies from quarterly to annually and remove the requirement for the board's monitoring of payments to outside agencies to be quarterly; including procedural provisions; and declaring an effective date.
