Background Information:
The approx. 6 acre site is located at the intersection of Rattler Rd and McCarty Lane adjacent the City limits. This annexation request is accompanied by two separate zoning change requests for "Heavy Commercial" (ZC-23-27) along E McCarty to allow for the construction of a gas station and "Commercial" (ZC-23-26) along Rattler with smaller scale office/ commercial uses proposed.
