Background Information:
The portion of the easement under consideration was originally planned as the location of the building's water meter. Since the water will now be served from the other side of the property, this area is no longer required for City use. The corner of the building would encroach on the easement if not amended.
The amendment is for .0001 Acre (36 SQ. FT.) of easement located at Lot 5, Block 1, San Marcos Business Park, Section Two, a subdivision recorded in Volume 4, Page 201 of the Plat Records of Hays County, Texas.
