Recommendation: 

Staff recommends approval of CUP-24-53 with the following conditions:

1.                     The permit shall be valid for one (1) year, provided standards are met; and

2.                     Shrubs, similar in height to existing, shall be planted to fill any gaps in the existing landscape strip along the IH 35 frontage road, in accordance with Section 7.1.4.4.C.1; and

3.                     The permit shall be posted in the same area and manner as the Certificate of Occupancy
