Background Information:
The City of San Marcos Transportation Master Plan was adopted in 2018 and can be viewed online at https://sanmarcostx.gov/339/Transportation-Master-Plan-Appendices . The Transportation Master Plan contains a Thoroughfare Plan (Appendix E) and a Bicycle Plan (Appendix G) which new developments are required to incorporate into their site development at the time of platting. Greenways are shown in Appendix H of the Thoroughfare Plan. There is also an adjacent greenway which runs mostly through the City owned property along the eastern boundary of the site with a small part located next to the railroad at the southeastern corner of the applicant's land.
