Consider approval of Resolution 2022-69R, approving a Developer Participation Agreement with Holman-Farrar Holdings, LLC providing for the city to participate in the cost of extending wastewater infrastructure to the old Ranch Road 12 storage site in an amount not to exceed $500,000.00; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute said agreement on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
