Background Information:
During the City Council's Visioning Workshop on January 11, 2020, the City Council discussed the desire to possibly rename the City Recreation Hall in City Park and that the process would need to go through the Parks and Recreation Board.

The Parks and Recreation Staff accepted nominations from the public from June 1 through June 30, 2021. All submissions were provided to the Parks and Recreation Board for review and consideration. A subcommittee was created to provide a formal recommendation back to the board.
