Consider approval of Resolution 2022-125R, approving an agreement for the provision of services in connection with the proposed owner requested annexation in Case No. AN-22-12 of approximately 69.407 acres of land, generally located between I-35 south and the Union Pacific railroad, approximately 1,000 ft south of Posey Road; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute said agreement on behalf of the City; setting a date for a Public Hearing concerning the proposed annexation of said tract of land; and declaring an effective date.

Background Information:
This annexation request is for approximately 69 acres located on I-35 South to the north of the H&H Industrial Park. The request is accompanied by three Zoning Change requests for Heavy Industrial (ZC-22-25), Light Industrial ( ZC-22-26) and Heavy Commercial ( ZC-22-27). It is in an "Employment Area" in the Preferred Scenario Map. The applicant is requesting City Water and Wastewater, and is within the Pedernales Electric Service Area.
