Background Information:
This CUP request is to allow a "flex space" Warehouse/ Office and Storage Use within the General Commercial Zoning District as required by Chapter 9 of the Land Development Code. Chapter 9 does not have any land development code requirements for Warehouse/ Office and Storage once approved by Conditional Use Permit. Within Chapter 5, Section 5.1.7.4, Warehouse use is required to install a "transitional protective yard in accordance with Section 7.2.2.3 must be established along all shared property lines, except for an adjacent warehouse and distribution use, heavy industrial use or waste-related service."
