A. Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) to receive legal advice regarding:
1. Matters related to changes in various federal grant requirements.
2. The decision of the Fifteenth Court of Appeals in the matter of the State of Texas v. the City of San Marcos, et al., Cause No. 15-24-00084-CV, concerning the City's enforcement of certain marijuana laws.
B. Sections 551.072 (Real Property) and 551.087 (Economic Development) to deliberate regarding Project AVSM.
C. Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters) to deliberate roles and responsibilities of the City Council regarding appointee evaluation process.
