BACKGROUND:
On February 22, 2016 the City Council held a workshop to review a presentation by Dr. Thom Hardy concerning the possible removal or repair of Cape’s Dam for recreation and environmental purposes. Following discussion the Council provided direction to Staff to place the removal of the dam on a future agenda for a vote.
