Background Information:
This 2.57-acre annexation request is part of the approx. 70-acre Zoning Change request from Planning Area/ General Commercial/ FD to CD-5 (ZC-21-26) for the former "Sportsplex" site. The 2.57 acres is primarily within the floodway and in a designated drainage easement. The applicant would like to incorporate their entire parcel into the City limits in order to simplify the development/ approvals process going forward.
