Background Information:
The applicant seeks alternative compliance to allow the installation of one monument sign. The sign is currently under review by City of San Marcos staff under permit number: 2024-50669. Per Section 7.3.4.9 of the San Marcos Development Code, monument signs are allowed within the CD-5 Zoning District if approved by an Alternative Compliance.

The Site was zoned from the PAD to CD-5 district in 2021, platted in 2022, and is currently being developed as Multifamily Apartments.
