Background Information:
The City of San Marcos and Texas State University wish to enter into an Interlocal Agreement under the authority of the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code, as amended. The purpose of the Agreement is to provide a temporary back-up source of water for fire suppression to Texas State while the Texas State elevated storage tank is out of service for maintenance.
