Background Information:
This annexation request is for approximately 69 acres located on I-35 South to the north of the H&H Industrial Park. The request is accompanied by three Zoning Change requests for Heavy Industrial (ZC-22-25), Light Industrial ( ZC-22-26) and Heavy Commercial ( ZC-22-27). 1.1 acres in the southwestern corner of the site has no accompanying zoning change request and will remain as "FD" Future Development in order to provide a 100' buffer between the requested HC zoning district and the adjacent residential property in the ETJ.
