Fiscal Note:
Prior Council Action: On August 2, 2022 City Council approved request for CD-5 with the following modifications: the 22.91-acre portion of the property along Centerpoint Rd be rezoned to a less intense zoning district classification of CD-3, to which the owner consented. The council also directed that the 18.74-acre tract along future Wassar Blvd. be approved subject to the recording of a restrictive covenant to not allow residential uses.
