Consider action, by motion, or provide direction to Staff regarding the Executive Session items in discussed under the following sections of the Texas Government Code:
A. Section 551.087 (Economic Development): To deliberate regarding possible economic development incentives for:
1. Project Cat Tree
2. Project AVSM
B. Section 551.072 (Real Property): To deliberate regarding:
1. the possible purchase, exchange, lease, or value of land as necessary for the development of a new city hall; and
2. the possible purchase of real property off of South LBJ between Cheatham Street and IH-35.
C. Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney): To receive legal advice regarding a request for dissolution of the Cotton Center Development Agreement in conjunction with the previous filing of a petition for removal from the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City.
D. Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters): To discuss and provide annual appointee evaluations to:
1. the City Manager;
2. the Municipal Court Judge;
3. the City Attorney; and
4. the City Clerk.
