Background Information:
The subject property to be platted is connected to two prior plats: 1. Final Plat of Blanco Riverwalk Subdivision (2008) and 2. Replat of Blanco Riverwalk Subdivision, Lot 1, Block B (2023). The replat of the property in 2023 added a commercial lot to Block B. This replat is adding one additional commercial lot to Block B, creating Lot 1C and Lot 1D.
