Consider approval of Resolution 2025-120R, awarding a contract to Clean Harbor Environmental Services for the provision of household hazardous waste collection, transportation and disposal services in an annual estimated amount not to exceed $150,000.00, with up to four annual automatic renewals, subject to annual appropriations, for a total five year cost of up to $750,000.00; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the contract on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.

Background Information:
On May 22, 2025, the City received five (5) bids in response to Invitation for Bids (IFB) #2025-104 for Household Hazardous Waste Disposal. The City reviewed the bids and will award a contract to the lowest cost and most responsive and responsible bidder, Clean Harbor Environmental Services located in Norwell, Massachusetts.
