Background Information:
Climatec will provide monthly preventative maintenance and monitoring of the City's energy management and control system for city facilities. This building automation system allows City staff to remotely monitor climate control to ensure proper operations and comfort of the public, visitors, and staff throughout the City. The contract includes on-site repairs and guidance as needed.
