Prior Council Action: At their regular meeting on August 3, 2021 City Council heard a zoning change request for the subject property and received an update from staff on the action and discussion of the Zoning Board of Adjustments. Mayor Hughson requested an action item to refund the application fees for the ZBOA application due to the reasoning stated by the Board on July 15, 2021.

Background Information:
At their regular meeting on July 15, 2021 the Zoning Board of Adjustments (ZBOA) approved a Variance Request to allow a maximum setback of 15 feet due to the location of a city easement, and recommended that City Council consider a refund of the Variance application fee.
