Background Information:
Residents in the Redwood and Rancho Vista Communities located outside the city limits in Guadalupe County raised concerns about intestinal parasites and inadequate sewer and drainage infrastructure during the city council's consideration on March 4, 2025 of a development agreement governing development of the adjacent Riverbend Ranch development.
At its regular meeting on March 18, 2025, following a discussion regarding these concerns, the city council felt the concerns should be brought to the attention of Guadalupe County.
