Background Information:
The City hired MGT Consulting to do a Cost of Service Study. Utilizing their models staff was able to obtain a "full cost" for most of our Development Fees. Fees that were in the study included Building, Site/Engineering, Planning, Fire and Health. Staff completed a comparison study of 7 cities to obtain averages for most of our fees. Those cities include Cedar Park, Buda, Kyle, New Braunfels, Georgetown, Denton and College Station. Attached is the proposed Fee schedule.
