Prior Council Action: September 6, 2016, City Council approved Resolution 2016-104R approving the CDBG-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Action Plan, including $2.5 million in funding for a Rental Rehabilitation program. June 4, 2019, City Council approved Resolution 2019-69R reallocating $1 million from the CDBG-DR Rental Rehabilitation program to a new CDBG-DR Reimbursement program for individuals.
