Background Information:
These easements were dedicated to the City as part of a development project which required electric services installed on the property to provide electricity to the proposed development. After the electric improvements were completed, the public electric improvements were determined to be completely located within the boundaries of an existing electric easement, thus making the dedicated easement being released unnecessary.
