Background Information:
The applicant for the Axis Logistics Park development has submitted a Qualified Watershed Protection Plan, Phase 2. It is a Qualified WPP due to the project being greater than 40 acres and the reclamation of Water Quality Zone. Code requires the scheduling of an informative meeting with the Planning and Zoning Commission prior to administrative approval.
The site is approximately 770 acres. The site includes water quality zones and floodplain.
The proposed development consists of Industrial land use. The development improvements currently proposed include a roadway connecting FM 110 and FM 1984, grading, drainage improvements, regional detention pond, and water line. A vegetative filter strip is proposed for treatment of the runoff of the proposed roadway. 70% removal of Total Suspended Solids (TSS) and the 1.25-inch Stream Protection Volume (SPV) capture will be provided as part of lot development for all lots within the develo...
