Background Information:
The easement granted to the City in 2020 provides that after the electric utility installation is complete, the easement "...shall be limited to an area extending even and one/half feet on all sides of the actual installed location of the facilities". The installation having been completed, this resolution releases to the property owner the remaining portions of the original easement which are outside the agreed upon boundaries and in accordance with the initial agreement.
