BACKGROUND:
The Texas Multiple Award Schedule (TXMAS) has awarded contract # TXMAS-10-03FAC070 for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Services to The Brandt Companies, LLC located in Carrollton, Texas. The project scope includes the demolition and removal of the existing HVAC & Electrical systems in the Evidence Storage Room at the San Marcos Police Department, and the installation of a new HVAC system. The total cost for the project is $65,160.
