Background Information:
Attached is the proposed 2027 meeting date calendar for Planning and Zoning Commission. The Commission typically does not meet the week of spring break and takes off one meeting in the summer.
Staff recommends removing the following:
• March 9, 2027, due to Spring Break
• July 13, 2027, for Summer Break
• November 23, 2027, due to the Thanksgiving Holiday
• December 21, 2027, due to the Christmas Holiday.
