Background Information:
On February 9, 2023, two (2) bids were received in response to Invitation for Bids (IFB) 223-103 for a Spoilage Dump Site. The apparent low bidder was deemed non-responsive after requests via email for the legal permits necessary for dumping spoilage went unanswered.
