Background Information:

The Northern most portion of the subject property was originally platted in 1983 as a single lot, being 4.48 acres of land shown as Lot 1, Section 3 in the Interpart East Subdivision. The remaining 11.99 acres of land is un-platted.

The applicant is requesting to combine the existing platted lot with the remainder portion of the land, as well as dedicate 1.23 acres to extend Northgate Road.
