Consider approval of Resolution 2023-58R, approving the selection of attorney William M. McKamie of Taylor Olson Adkins Sralla and Elam, LLP (TOASE) as outside counsel to represent the City in certain litigation matters as assigned; authorizing the Interim City Attorney to execute an agreement with the TOASE firm for these services; and providing an effective date.
