Our Seguin WIC office has been at this location since 2016. It is conveniently located with plenty of space for staff and clients. Our current monthly payment for the Seguin WIC office is $2,493.76; $1,376.49 base rent, plus $1,117.27 NNN (CAM/Common Area Maintenance, insurance, and tax).
